Can customers book through EnVenn?

Yes. Organisations can publish a configurable booking page, embed it on their website and choose which event types are publicly available.

Does EnVenn work with Microsoft 365 and Outlook?

EnVenn connects organisation-owned Microsoft calendars and coordinates supported booking creates, reschedules and cancellations across Microsoft 365 and personal Outlook accounts.

Do linked organisations see each other's private calendars?

Accepted Answer

No. Linking organisations does not merge memberships or expose Microsoft credentials. Only approved room relationships and the booking information required to coordinate the shared space cross the boundary.

Does each organisation need its own EnVenn subscription?

No. A subscribed organisation includes one limited partner organisation so both sides can coordinate shared rooms without requiring two purchases during onboarding.

What can an included partner organisation do?

Accepted Answer

An included partner can connect Microsoft, import relevant Skedda bookings, manage any room the partner organisation can book, and optionally pair rooms with its sponsor when both sides need shared availability. It cannot publish booking forms, send SMS, create additional event types or invite users or other organisations unless it upgrades.
